You will see the number 69 on several things...Jim's racing number was originally 169, but later became 69. He lived out in Hawaii on the island of Maui for 5 years and made many motocross buddies there, as well as out in California and here at home in the Dallas/Plano area.
“Just Ride Bro” is our slogan, because everyone was a buddy or bro to Jim.
If you knew Jim Utley during his short, but adventurous, life, please e-mail your stories and photos for possible placement on this memorial page.
Profits from JMX Park sales will be donated to The Jim Utley Foundation, a 501(c) 3 non-profit. The Jim Utley Foundation and DontEvenTryIt.org were formed in 2008 and are dedicated to increasing awareness and providing information about street drugs to children, teens and parents. The Foundation empowers kids with real-world information to make informed choices about a life-changing subject. This park is dedicated to his memory. Jimmy's Motocross Park was started by Jim's life-long friend, Joe Vrasic and his sister, Becky. His brother, Steve Utley, designed the Web site and JMX Wear. Jimmy is missed, but lives on every day through those who ride at Jimmy's Motocross Park.
